We are still under construction, however this is the place to go to find out about our guild, our rules, future raids and activities, promotions, demotions, reasons why we boot members, and anything else that you need to be aware of. Lamanites is a guild that focuses mainly on running instances, and in the future will focus on raiding. We are not a lvling guild.

• No vulgarity or profanity. Vulgarity and profanity are offensive to many players. If you have questions as to the appropriateness of certain words or language, direct them to an officer.

• Obey the rules of Blizzard. If it gets you in trouble with Blizzard, it gets you in trouble with the guild.

• Do not ninja. Ninjas will be booted.

• Do not ask to borrow money publicly from other players. Do not ask officers to loan you money. If a player tells you "no" once, do not ask again. Players are under no obligation to loan money.

• No harassing other players.

• Absolutely NO drama. If you seek attention, go elsewhere. If you purposely do things that upset other players, you will be removed from the guild.

• Bad attitude and negativity are not accepted. If there is a problem, it is expected that it will be brought up privately with the member. If not resolved, then take the problem to a guild leader. Please do not bring up problems or argue in guild chat or in group settings. No public criticism of other players.

• Do not ask to be promoted.

Each Guild member will be given one chance to correct any behavior that violates the rules. A warning from blizzard automatically constitutes a warning from the guild. After that, issues will be brought before Guild Leaders to determine further action. If you feel you have been booted unfairly, please send a tell to the Guild Master or one of the officers, explaining what happened. You may be asked to e-mail the Guild Master with a full explanation of the circumstances.

PROMOTIONS:

Promotions are based upon the following:

• Maturity, experience, and behavior in group settings.

• Loyalty to and time with the guild.

• Knowledge of classes, raiding, professions, etc.

• Willingness to participate and help the guild.

• Trustworthy and honest.

Promotions from New Member to Member take place only after the New Member has gone on five instance runs with an officer. Promotions are not guaranteed according to time with the guild. Class Leader positions are open only to a certain number of players, depending on the size of the class. DEMOTIONS:

Demotions occur when a member of the guild has broken rules. A specific rank has been created called "Time Out". If a member becomes annoying, he or she may be demoted to this rank. In "Time Out" you will not have the option of talking to the guild, though you will still be able to read guild chat. If an officer breaks rules, he or she will be demoted.

Booted members will not be invited back to the guild unless they were removed unjustly.
